Although SMART criteria have several parts that can take considerable time and effort to develop, they are crucial to the foundation of a successful resolution in the New Year.

If your goals are specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and time-bound, you will have a much easier time seeing your resolution come to fruition.

Visualize the Results

Visualization is a powerful tool that will take your resolution to the next level.
